Toronto City Clerk, John D. Elvidge, has certified the results for the November 30 by-election and declared Parthi Kandavel as Councillor elected to Ward 20, Scarborough Southwest.
A total of 16,974 ballots were cast in this Scarborough Southwest by-election.

Results are available by candidate and indicate the total number of votes each candidate received. Poll-by-poll results are also available and show the number of votes cast through mail-in vote, two days of advance vote, as well as the votes cast in each voting place on election day.
