Toronto Elections will hold a technical briefing on Thursday, June 1 to inform media outlets how Toronto’s by-election for mayor results will be provided on election night, Monday, June 26, after the close of polls at 8 p.m.

This technical briefing is for media outlet technical and/or production staff that plan to download and access election results on election night.

Date:  Thursday, June 1

Time:  1 to 2 p.m.

Location: Online only. Meeting details below.

A Webex conference will be available for both the audio and video portion of the briefing and any questions or comments.

Note: this technical briefing is for planning purposes only.

Toronto Elections will not be able to provide technical support to media outlets downloading and accessing election results on election night. A testing session for media outlets will be held on Monday, June 5 from 8 to 10 p.m. Further details will be provided during the June 1 briefing and posted after the briefing to the Toronto Elections webpage.
