Property Tax, Utility and Parking Violation Inquiry & Payment Counters are open for in-person services. Counters at Metro Hall remain closed.

To request a duplicate property or utility bill (2022 fee – $19.87).

Customer service representative will process your request, add the fee to your account and mail-out the duplicate bill. Customers can pay the fee with one of the available payment options for property tax and utility bill payments.

Mail in:

Send your written request, include your Assessment Roll Number or Utility Account Number, property address with a cheque, payable to the Treasurer, City of Toronto for the re-print fee amount to:

To request a Water Consumption Statement (2022 fees – $47.63 for one year, $29.77 for each subsequent year).

In-person:

Counter customer service representative will receive your request and process your payment for the statement fee. A water consumption statement may take two to four weeks to process and will be sent by regular mail.

Mail in:

Send your written request, include your Utility Account Number, property address with a cheque payable to the “Treasurer, City of Toronto” for the Water Consumption Statement fee amount to:

To request a Tax History Statement (2022 fee – $41.70 per tax account, per year).

In-person:

Counter customer service representative will receive your request and process your payment for the statement fee. A property tax history statement may take two to four weeks to process and will be sent by regular mail.
