Property Tax, Utility and Parking Violation Inquiry & Payment Counters are open for in-person services. Counters at Metro Hall remain closed.

To request a duplicate property or utility bill (*2023 fee – $20.81).

*Property tax rates and fees are subject to change when City Council determines the 2024 tax rate supported budget in February 2024.

Customer service representative will process your request, add the fee to your account and mail-out the duplicate bill. Customers can pay the fee with one of the available payment options for property tax and utility bill payments.

Mail in:

Send your written request, include your Assessment Roll Number or Utility Account Number, property address with a cheque, payable to the Treasurer, City of Toronto for the re-print fee amount to:

To request a Water Consumption Statement (2024 fees – $55.57 for one year, $34.73 for each subsequent year).

In-person:

Visit our Property Tax, Utility and Parking Violation Inquiry & Payment Counters. Counters at Metro Hall remain closed.

Counter customer service representative will receive your request and process your payment for the statement fee. A water consumption statement may take two to four weeks to process and will be sent by regular mail.

Mail in:

Send your written request, include your Utility Account Number, property address with a cheque payable to the “Treasurer, City of Toronto” for the Water Consumption Statement fee amount to:

To request a Tax History Statement (*2023 fee – $43.67 per tax account, per year).

*Property tax rates and fees are subject to change when City Council determines the 2024 tax rate supported budget in February 2024.

Counter customer service representative will receive your request and process your payment for the statement fee. A property tax history statement may take four to six weeks to process and will be sent by regular mail.
