If you choose to dispute a penalty or violation, the first step is a screening review. Information about how to dispute or request a screening review can be made by first choosing your violation type.

Screening review decisions for parking, red light camera or automated speed enforcement penalties are sent via e-mail unless there is a request for accommodation.

Requests for Screening Review Accommodation

All requests for accommodations will be reviewed by a screening officer. An accommodated screening review could be conducted orally, in person or electronically or in writing other than electronically. To make a request for an in-person screening review, select your violation type, and then lookup your violation to get started. You can also contact apsaccess@toronto.ca or 416-396-4277.
