  • $166.94/hour + HST (4 hour minimum)
  • $500.00 damage deposit (refundable after event)
  • Liability insurance: $90 - $260 (based on attendance and events with/without alcohol)
  • Events serving alcohol must obtain a Special Occasions Permit through the Liquor License Board of Ontario (any liquor store will have applications)
  • Events serving alcohol must have a certified bartender with either a S.I.P. or SMARTSERVE Certificate
  • Burgundy Room "A & B" must be booked together for social events; cannot be booked individually
