- Events serving alcohol must obtain a Special Occasions Permit through the Liquor License Board of Ontario (any liquor store will have applications)
- Events serving alcohol must have a certified bartender with either a S.I.P. or SMARTSERVE Certificate
- Burgundy Room "A & B" must be booked together for social events; cannot be booked individually
