The North Market must be rented for the full day.
The main floor is not available for rent on Saturdays due to the farmers’ market.
City of Toronto’s Court Services operate in the upper floors of the building from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday but do not interfere with private events.
Not-for-profit organizations are eligible for 25% discount on rental rates.
