Weston Village BIA

Councillor:   Frances Nunziata,  Ward 11
Website: westonvillagebia.com

The Weston Village BIA, established in 1979 is one of the oldest BIA's in Toronto. Situated in the North-West end of Toronto, close to the Humber River, it boasts one of the most extensive bike trails and walking paths in the City. The village has a rich history and many historic, stone buildings including the beautiful Weston Library.

With a diverse mix of cultures, Weston Village consists of an eclectic mix of over 160 businesses, including retail stores, restaurants representing a variety of cultural cuisines, and professional offices. Sponsored by the BIA, the Village is well known for its Santa Claus Parade, which last year celebrated its 30th anniversary and takes place on the third Sunday in November each year. Equally well known is the very popular Weston Village Farmer's Market. Running from the middle of May to the end of October each year, the market is one of the main anchors of the village. More events are being planned for this year including the re-introduction of the Back to School Sidewalk Sale and Art Walk, scheduled for August 14. Visit our website for more details.
