Health Warning: Wash and Cook Fiddleheads to Prevent Illness Prenatal and Postpartum Depression and Anxiety
Depression can happen to anyone. Toronto Public Health has developed resources to support pregnant women, new mothers and their families affected by prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety. Signs can appear any time during pregnancy and within the first year after the birth or adoption of a baby. For more information, call 416-338-7600.

* * Health Warning: Wash and Cook Fiddleheads to Prevent Illness
Toronto residents are being reminded to thoroughly wash and cook fiddleheads before they are consumed to avoid illness. People who believe that they may have become ill as a result of eating fiddleheads should contact Toronto Public Health at 416-338-7600 during business hours or after hours 3-1-1 or see their family physician. More information about how to safely eat fiddleheads can be found on Health Canada's website.
