Watch Toronto City Council Live on YouTube
We are livestreaming many of City Council and Committee meetings
We currently livestream meetings of these decision bodies, when they meet at City Hall in the Council Chamber, Committee Room 1 or Committee Room 2:
We plan to expand the number of decision bodies that we live stream (e.g., Community Council meetings at Civic Centre locations) and we'll update the list of meetings that we can support when available.
The stream for each meeting will go live at the scheduled start time for that meeting (normally 9:30 am). You can easily find the live-stream for each meeting on the meeting's agenda page, or on the front page at toronto.ca/council
During a live meeting you can "rewind" the video back up to 4 hours to watch what you may have missed.
You can subscribe to our YouTube channel
Watch meetings live or archived on the City Clerk's Office YouTube channel at youtube.com/TorontoCityCouncilLive
When agendas are published for meetings that we livestream, we set up a "live event" for that meeting on YouTube. You can see the upcoming streams on the City Clerk's YouTube channel youtube.com/TorontoCityCouncilLive. You can use the features on YouTube to set reminders for meetings you'd like to watch.
Share the videos, link to them or embed them on your favourite site or social media platform.
We index meeting videos so you find the debate you want to watch
Most meeting videos and video indexes are available the first business day following the meeting. Longer videos and larger agendas may take us a little longer to index.
You can find the indexed video on each meeting at toronto.ca/council
