Riverdale Farm - Programs & Activities

Learn and chat with the farmer during daily chores that may include animal feeding, egg collection, cow milking or goat milking (10:30 am daily), horse grooming, and mucking out the stalls-pens-paddocks.

Visit the Residence Saturday and Sundays 11:00am thru 4:00pm and chat with the Cabbagetown Regent Park Community Museum volunteers, view the exhibts and displays.

Farmer Demonstrations, the Toronto Guild of Spinners & Weavers, Cabbagetown Quilters Guild, and The Cabbagetown Regent Park Museum host displays and demos celebrating their love of fibre.

EVENT: Riverdale Farm Farmer's Market

Tuesdays (May 22 - October 30), 3:00 - 7:00 pm

Riverdale Park West, just outside the main gates of Riverdale Farm corner of Sumach St. and Winchester St. New this year! - On market nights the farm will be open to visitors until 7:00pm.

EVENT: Riverdale Farm's 12th Annual Great Big Enormous Afternoon of Storytelling with the Storytellers for Children.

Saturday June 2, 1:00 – 3:00 pm
