The City of Toronto strives to make sure you know about closures and service changes as soon as they happen. Each of the following categories are monitored daily by on-site staff and updated if there’s a disruption in service.

Some reasons for disruption or closure are:

  • power outage
  • mechanical issue
  • pool fouling
  • flooding
  • severe weather

Severe weather may require individual classes to be changed or cancelled to ensure participant safety. If this happens, staff will post an alert on the facility page, notify 311 and put up signs. Every effort will be made to make up the class on another date, or a credit will be issued.
