After-School Recreation Care
The After-School Recreation Care (ARC) program provides safe, affordable child care for children ages 6 to 12. Under the supervision of trained, caring recreation staff, ARC offers children creative activities, outdoor play, health & wellness, sports & physical activities, social interaction & making friends, and homework help.

Children may be withdrawn from the program at any time. Withdrawals from the ARC program must be made in writing and submitted to the Program Co-ordinator two weeks prior to the withdrawal date. Withdrawals may also be submitted via e-mail to arc@toronto.ca two weeks prior to the withdrawal date. Once withdrawn from the program families may only re-register if a space is available, otherwise they will be placed on a waiting list. A $10 administration fee will be deducted per participant for all refunds, withdrawals, and credits.
Fee Subsidy: The City of Toronto's Welcome Policy offers financial subsidy for low-income residents. Those who qualify will receive an annual financial subsidy of $455 per child. To see if you qualify please call 416-338-2000.
