Note: A current, approved first aid certificate is a condition of employment for most positions:
- senior staff - standard first aid
- all other staff - emergency first aid.
Step 2:
Pick up and complete an application form
Print your application form.

Applications can be picked up at civic centres, City of Toronto recreation facilities, as well as City-owned museums or cultural facilities.

Complete one application form for each position that you are applying for.
Applications submitted with multiple positions or one position in more than one district will not be accepted.
Each application form should have a resume attached.
Resumes that are submitted without an accompanying application form will not be accepted.
Attach copies of relevant awards and certifications to your
application.
Step 3:
Submit your completed application by the deadline
Deadline for summer positions is February 14.
Deadline for fall, winter and spring positions is
August 16.
Applications received after the deadline will be accepted and may be considered.
