Recreation Worker Scheduling Project

* The following information is intended for Recreation Workers who are currently employed by the City of Toronto.

Spring and Summer 2012 Recreation Worker Scheduling Project Information

For a Recreation Worker to be scheduled, it is mandatory that they complete the appropriate seasonal form(s) for each Spring and Summer seasons correctly and return them by the deadline date Friday January 13, 2012 by 4:00 pm. Incorrect and incomplete forms will jeopardize your shift.

The Scheduling Project ensures that returning Recreation Workers, whose forms are received by 4:00 pm on Friday January 13, 2012, shall be offered regularly scheduled work at the same location, in the same season, and in the same program/classification.

Any remaining hours of work available after returning employees have been scheduled, will be offered to the most senior employee who is qualified, available, and whose forms have been received by the due date.
