Adapted Camp - YouthThese Adventure Camps, for campers with a disability ages 13 plus. Campers are introduced to a variety of enhanced activities through workshops, special events and excursions. These camps have no consumable fee. These programs will require an additional registration process to become eligible to participate.
Camp Adventure Child - All Day BasicThese Adventure Camps, for campers ages 6-12, have all in the ingredients of an Activity Camp and more. Campers are introduced to a variety of enhanced activities through workshops, special events and excursions. These camps have no consumable fee.
Fitness/Cardio - AdultFitness courses that incorporate a cardio component benefiting the cardiovascular system (heart/lungs). Step, Cardiokick (boxing) low impact, hi/lo are all classes with cardio components. Includes warm-up, muscle conditioning and stretching. Possible use of hand weights and/or tubing.

Adult Swim 1Basic swimming skills and water safety. This is an introductory or beginner level. Prerequisite: A keen interest in developing skills and knowledge that promotes safe enjoyment of aquatic environments. Adult 1 develops or increases students' comfort in the water through basic floatation, movement and breathing skills and fosters the basic knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to prepare, stay safe and survive in and around water.
