Goulding Community Centre is located just south of Steeles Ave on the west side of Yonge St. The building has an indoor arena, outdoor pool and several rooms including a viewing gallery, multipurpose and dance room for various uses. The building is surrounded by beautiful green fields including two baseball diamonds.

- Camp Specialty Child - All Day
- The "ultimate camp experience" for campers, up to 5 years of age, who want to develop or fine-tune their skills in specialized areas of interest. Skilled and experienced instructors provide specialized instructional programs. All of these programs are complemented with a full line-up of traditional camp activities.
- MB Camp Extended Child

- MB Camp General Child - All Day Standard
- These Activity Camps are designed to give children, ages 6-12, a fun-filled, action-packed and safe camp experience. Campers will be involved in arts and crafts, games, sports, special events, outdoor activities and local trips. These camps have a $10 consumable fee.
- Fitness/Cardio - Adult
- Fitness courses that incorporate a cardio component benefiting the cardiovascular system (heart/lungs). Step, Cardiokick (boxing) low impact, hi/lo are all classes with cardio components. Includes warm-up, muscle conditioning and stretching. Possible use of hand weights and/or tubing.
- Fitness/Cardio - Older Adult
- Fitness courses that incorporate a cardio component benefiting the cardiovascular system (heart/lungs). Step, Cardiokick (boxing) low impact, hi/lo are all classes with cardio components. Includes warm-up, muscle conditioning and stretching. Possible use of hand weights and/or tubing.
- Pilates - Adult
- Build longer, leaner muscles while safely exploring optimal strength, flexibility and endurance. Exercises focus on strengthening core postural, abdominal and back muscles. May be required to supply your own mat.
- Yoga - Adult
- Combat fatigue, release tension and day-to-day stress. Gentle exercises promote flexibility, proper breathing and relaxation while strengthening and toning muscles. May be required to supply your own mat.
- Hockey Skills / Power Skate Adult
- Hockey Skills and Power Skating are offered for beginner to advanced levels. Power Skating teaches speed, agility and coordination. Hockey Skills focuses on puck handling, skating and game strategies. CSA approved hockey helmets are required when on the ice. Course prerequisites are indicated

- Learn to Skate Child - Level 1
- Development of balance and posture. Introduction to forward skating, gliding, stopping and backward skating.
Prerequisite: Level 1 is for participants who are new to skating or are unable to skate the width of the ice surface with a glide. Participants should be able to stand and walk on skates with straight ankles off the ice.
Participants must wear a CSA approved hockey helmet.
- Learn to Skate Child - Level 2
- Development of forward gliding, stopping, backward skating. Introduction to one foot glides and backward gliding.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Level 1 or participant can skate (with a glide) the length of the ice without falling.
Participants must wear a CSA approved hockey helmet.
- Learn to Skate Child - Level 3
- Development of backward stopping, backwards gliding and edges. Introduction to cross-overs, slalom skating, 2 foot turns.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Level 2 or participant is able to glide on one foot, skate backwards and stop.
Participants must wear a CSA approved hockey helmet.
- Learn to Skate Child - Level 4
- Development of cross-overs, backward stopping. Introduction to one foot turns, backward circle thrusts.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Level 3 or participant has strong backwards skating and stopping ability.
Participants must wear a CSA approved hockey helmet.
- Learn to Skate Child - Level 5
- Development of backward cross-overs, forward edges, skill combinations. Introduction to parallel stopping, backward edges and turns.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Level 4 or proficient skating ability. Participant is able to perform forward cross-overs, forward inside edges, 3-turns.
Participants must wear a CSA approved hockey helmet.
- Learn to Skate Preschool
- Children will receive an orientation to the ice surface and learn the basics of skating through games and songs. Participants should be able to stand and walk on skates with straight ankles off the ice. It is mandatory that all preschool participants wear a CSA approved hockey helmet with a full face mask.
- Basketball - Child
- Develop basic skills and fundamentals of the game of basketball through recreational play.
- Golf - Adult
- Learn the basics and improve skills to play golf.

- Learn the basics and improve skills to play golf.
