Both centres offer a variety of programming and season passes to suit your lifestyle and family needs. Try a new winter activity or rediscover the adventure in your own backyard.
Visitors to the City of Toronto's Earl Bales Ski and Snowboard Centre will enjoy more time hitting the slopes, thanks to the $2.3 million in upgrades for this ski and snowboard season.
Mayor Ford along with Councillor Norm Kelly (Ward 40 Scarborough Agincourt), Chair of the Parks and Environment Committee, and Ward Councillor James Pasternak (Ward 10 York Centre) cut the ribbon on a brand new quad ski lift at the centre.
Participants will reach the top of the hills faster with the new four-person chair lift, which will run in addition to the existing twin chair lift during peak times. To further improve customer service, the Earl Bales chalet has also undergone considerable change. Rental equipment and lift passes have been made available for purchase all day and a new ticket window will allow staff to process customer requests faster so people can spend more time on the hills.
