All “package A” participants must supply their own helmet. All “package B” participants will have a helmet provided as part of the rental component. Any programs that do not have a “package B” option require participants to supply their own recognized helmet.  Participants who do not have a recognized ski or snowboard helmet will not be admitted to class. This policy applies to all adults, youth & children in programs. Make up classes or refunds will not be issued for clients who miss classes for this reason.

Weather
We operate all programs in all weather conditions including heavy snow, rain, sleet, wind, and days full of sunshine. Our instructors are trained to deal with various weather conditions and to ensure that quality lessons take place. Regardless, all participants must understand that they may encounter various weather conditions. However, in very severe conditions the centre may close and postpone lessons. Lessons cancelled by our operation will be added to the end of the regularly scheduled period of lessons.
