You can search for Development Projects or individual Planning Applications by Ward, District, Address and Application Number back to January 1, 2006. A search by Development Projects will show the details of the various applications on a given site. A search by individual Planning Applications will show details for every application. Tips on how to search and frequently asked questions are available.

Detailed project data, status, public meeting dates and contact information is available for these applications:

• Official Plan Amendment and/or Zoning By-Law Amendment
• Site Plan Control
• Plan of Condominium
• Plan of Subdivision
• Part Lot Control Exemption
• Rental Housing Demolition and Conversion

• The Search Page now has a Search Hints button to provide quick tips on how to search.
• Selecting a Ward on the map or via the Ward search box causes the Ward and District boxes to appear yellow, to provide feedback that a Ward has been chosen.
• Calendar Controls let you specify a date range to search by clicking on a monthly calendar.
• Simple and Detailed Reports give you more control over the results. The Simple Report summarizes the key information for easy viewing onscreen, and for printing to a letter-sized page in a portrait layout. The Detailed Report also includes all of the numbers such as proposed non-residential gross floor area and proposed residential units.
• The Search Results have been reformatted to help you find what you are looking for. The information has been reorganized with the address clearly visible at the top of each row. The rows appear in alternating colour for ease of reading.
• OMB Appeals are now also shown. Each Planning Application will indicate if it has been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board and the status of the appeal.
• The Print Reports are greatly improved as easy-to-read PDFs formatted to match the on-screen Search Results.
• The Export Reports are now attractively formatted MS Excel workbooks with a similar look-and-feel to the on-screen Search Results and the Print Reports.
