You can search for Development Projects or individual Planning Applications by Ward, District, Address and Application Number back to January 1, 2006. A search by Development Projects will show the details of the various applications on a given site. A search by individual Planning Applications will show details for every application. Tips on how to search and frequently asked questions are available.

Detailed project data, status, public meeting dates and contact information is available for these applications:

  • Official Plan Amendment and/or Zoning By-Law Amendment
  • Site Plan Control
  • Plan of Condominium
  • Plan of Subdivision
  • Part Lot Control Exemption
  • Rental Housing Demolition and Conversion
Minor Variance and Consent, Interim Control By-Laws, City-initiated studies, Ontario Municipal Board appeals and Temporary Structures are excluded since we do not track detailed project data for them.

Development Portfolio of Major Projects
The Development Portfolio provides an overview of development activity for larger Development Projects for 2004, 2005 and 2006. All 3 Development Portfolios are still available.
