  At its April 29, 2009 meeting, City Council approved an ‘Avenue’ Planning Study for the portion of Sheppard Avenue East between the former Hydro Corridor and Bay Mills Road/Aragon Avenue.
 
Finch-Warden Revitalization Study
Finch Warden The City has initiated a Revitalization Study of the Finch-Warden area. The study will examine sites fronting on or in close proximity to Finch Avenue between Victoria Park Avenue and Birchmount Avenue which have the potential for redevelopment or intensification.
 
Markham-Ellesmere Revitalization Study
Markham Ellesmere The City has undertaken a Revitalization Study of the Markham-Ellesmere area, examining sites fronting on or in close proximity to Markham Road between Progress Avenue and the Hydro Corridor south of Brimorton Drive which have the potential for redevelopment or intensification.
 
Kingston Road (Cliffside Community) 'Avenue' Study
Kingston Road Avenue Study At its March 2008 meeting, City Council approved an Avenue Planning Study for the portion of Kingston Road from Danforth Avenue to east of Midland Avenue (Chine Drive). This part of Kingston Road, known as the 'Cliffside Community', has been identified as an 'Avenue' in the City of Toronto Official Plan.
 
Birchcliff Quarry Lands Study
birchcliff quary lands study The Birchcliff Quarry Lands study examines the future use of the 20 hectares (49 acres) quarry lands situated north of Gerrard St., south of the CN rail line, from Victoria Park Ave. east to Clonmore Dr.
 
Warden Woods
warden woods parking lot Council has adopted the Warden Woods Community Secondary Plan and zoning by-laws to guide the development of a new community east of Warden Avenue, north and south of St. Clair Avenue East.
 
Danforth Avenue Study
danforth ave study area The Study is expected to direct physical change incrementally throughout the next 15-20 years for Danforth Avenue between Victoria Park Avenue and Warden Avenue.
 
Lawrence East Avenue Study
Lawrence East Avenue Study The Lawrence Avenue ‘Avenue’ Study has been completed. Council has approved the recommendations from the Lawrence Avenue ‘Avenue’ Study by adopting zoning by-law amendments and Urban Design Guidelines to implement the recommendations.
 
Kingston Road Environmental Assessment

Scarborough Centre Public Space & Streetscape Master Plan
scarborough town centre Building on past efforts, the purpose of the Scarborough Centre Public Space and Streetscape Master Plan is to develop a strategy that concentrates on how the in-between public spaces can be enriched to create a Centre that is truly a Centre and not merely a disparate collection of buildings, streets and open spaces.
