Joint service counter at Toronto City Hall
The Registry Services area at City Hall offers services from the federal and provincial governments as well as from the City. See below for a list of federal and provincial services available at City Hall.
The Registry Services unit oversees services that are delegated to the City fromthe province. Services are available online, by telephone and at public counters at City Hall and the North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke Civic Centres. Services include:

You can get the following provincial government services at the ServiceOntario kiosk (computer station) at City Hall:
- Address change for Ontario Health Card, driver's licence, vehicle registration and outdoors card
- Renewal licence stickers for passenger car, small truck, van, motorcycle, snowmobile
- Driver’s abstract
NEW: Effective Tuesday, January 3, 2012 the counter service hours for Service Canada customers will operate from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
