Claims can be filed online, by mail, or by courier, and are reviewed by the City’s insurance adjuster. Once submitted, your claim will be forwarded to the City of Toronto’s insurance adjuster, ClaimsPro, for review and evaluation.
If you received a 311 Service Request Number, please note that this is not your claim number.
A Claim Number is assigned only after you complete and submit the Claim Web Submission Form.
