Property owners may enrol in the City’s eBilling service to receive email notifications of their digital property tax and utility bills (eBills). Property tax bills and utility bills for the current year plus one previous year will be available to be accessed, saved and downloaded.
To enrol, customers will follow the instructional prompts in the Property Tax Lookup or Utility Account Lookup tools:
One subscriber per account can enrol on eBilling services. Once customers have enroled, they will no longer receive a paper bill.
Subscribers can unenrol from eBilling at any time. eBilling notifications will stop and bills will be mailed to the mailing address on file for your property tax/utility account.
If for some reason your eBill notification could not get delivered (e.g. your email address is invalid), you will be mailed a hard copy of your current bill. You may still sign in to the Property Tax Lookup and/or Utility Account Lookup to access a PDF copy of your current bill. Please update your email address to ensure you receive future eBill notifications, as penalties and fees resulting from late payment received will apply and cannot be waived.
Property tax and utility bill customers enrolled in eBilling can pay their bills through pre-authorized payments, electronic banking, by mail or in person.
