The challenge posed by change is global and the current pace of change is outpacing most organizations’ ability to manage it. In response to the dizzying pace and complexity of change at the City, the Transformation Office recognized the need for a common Change Management approach. This approach is founded on best practices and supported by tools and resources that enable change initiatives to follow a consistent, repeatable roadmap.

This roadmap will help us effectively manage the people side of change for our projects and programs. The Change Management Centre was created to enable successful change at the City of Toronto.
