Fee Schedules for Community Planning Applications

Applicants who have received payment instructions in 2024 will have until January 9, 2025 to make payment and provide a Record of Payment to Toronto Building Customer Service (unless otherwise instructed in writing by Customer Service Staff). Failure to do so will lead to the application being subject to 2025 fees.

Effective January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024, Planning Application Fees reflect the 2024 Cost of Living Adjustment (+4.15 %). The updated fees for each type of application are provided.

Effective January 1, 2025, Planning Application Fees will reflect the 2025 Cost of Living Adjustment (+4.00 %). The updated fees for each type of application are provided.

The Fee Schedules for Community Planning Applications allow:

Breaking down the schedules to capture the specific nature of the proposal
Creating forms which can be filled in electronically or printed for manual use

The appropriate Schedule(s) must be completed and included with your Community Planning Application as part of a Complete Submission. Please complete the appropriate schedule for your proposal.
