Fee Schedules for Planning Applications

Effective January 1, 2026, Planning Application Fees reflect the 2026 Cost of Living Adjustment (+4.82 per cent). The updated fees for each type of application are provided.

Applicants must complete and include the appropriate Fee Schedule with their Planning Application as part of a Complete Submission. One Fee Schedule is required for each application. Please download the Fee Schedules workbook, navigate to the relevant tab(s) based on your proposal type, and complete the applicable Schedule(s) prior to submission.

How to save your completed Fee Schedule for submission:

1. Go to File > Print
2. Under Printer, select Microsoft Print to PDF
3. Under Settings, select Print Active Sheets
4. Under Custom Scaling, select Fit Sheet on One Page
5. Click Print to save the file as a PDF
6. Include the PDF with your submission
