Summary
The Toronto Local Appeal Body to continue its consultation with legal counsel on the revisions of the Toronto Local Appeal Body’s Rules of Practice and Procedures.
(The Toronto Local Appeal Body will go in closed session to discuss this item as the City of Toronto Act, 2006 permits closing a meeting to receive advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.)
