Use the Revised Rules of Practice and Procedure as adopted by the Toronto Local Appeal Body, pursuant to the Statutory Powers Procedure Act.  These Rules apply to all proceedings brought before the Toronto Local Appeal Body subsequent to December 2, 2020 or later.

Use the Revised Rules of Practice and Procedure as adopted by the Toronto Local Appeal Body, pursuant to the Statutory Powers Procedure Act.  These Rules apply to all proceedings brought before the Toronto Local Appeal Body between May 6, 2019 to December 1, 2020. The Revised Rules of Practice and Procedure are also available in French.
