The City of Toronto is undertaking a Visioning Study for the Jane and Wilson area to develop a vision, goals, and principles to guide future growth and development in the area. The Study will assess the development potential in the area in the context of the existing Special Policy Area and floodplain constraints, and will identify opportunities to improve the streetscape, public realm, and existing publicly owned community services and facilities, enhance safety and comfort in the area, and promote the integration of multi-modal transportation options.
