If you submitted a service request before March 20, 2024, we will contact you once your application has been processed. This process takes approximately 8 weeks. If you have male and female pets living together and are concerned about potential pregnancy, please email us at spayneuter@toronto.ca or call 416-338-6281. Our phone line is monitored Monday to Friday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.
