As part of the City’s COVID-19 response, the Ontario Works office at this location is providing services by phone and is not open for in-person service. Three locations remain open for in-person service for clients without phone/online access. If you do not have enough money for food and housing and are in financial need, you can apply for Ontario Works assistance online or by calling 416-338-8888.

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has a list of free tax clinics in Toronto to help individuals and families file their taxes. Ontario Works recipients that received social assistance the previous year should receive their T5 in the mail by the end of February.
The Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) provides income and employment support to people with disabilities. You can apply for ODSP while receiving Ontario Works, but it is not a requirement to be on Ontario Works to apply for the program.
