If you need assistance with your MyAccesstoHousingTO application, support is available for you. The Access to Housing Resource Centre or a local Housing Help Centre can help you:

  • apply for Rent-Geared-to-Income housing
  • view and select housing options
  • update your existing application
  • access other housing options, or keep your existing housing and avoid eviction

Access to Housing Toronto is working with Housing Help Centers to host sessions for applicants at various locations throughout the City of Toronto.

During these sessions, participants will learn how to:

  • use the MyAccesstoHousingTO online system
  • apply for RGI and maintain eligibility

  • proof of status in Canada
  • Notice of Assessment (NOA)
  • Special Priority Program application and supporting documents, if applying for this program
  • valid email address
  • photocopies of any applicable documentation

Learn more about City services and community supports for newcomers through the Newcomer Services Kiosks. Meet with a settlement worker and take advantage of the following free and confidential services available at the Access to Housing Resource Centre or through Newcomer Services Kiosks across the city:

  • information on education, employment, healthcare, housing and more
  • referrals to community services and City of Toronto programs

Access free WiFi or a computer at any Toronto Public Library location.
