June 30, 2026 is the deadline for facilities to submit a report for 2025 data. We recommend facilities prepare and submit their report early in the year so we can assist them better.

 

ChemTRAC is a program that tracks 25 chemicals in Toronto’s air as required by the Environmental Disclosure and Reporting Bylaw. Some businesses are required to report each year to Toronto Public Health (TPH) if they use or release these chemicals. TPH reviews the reports and shares the information with the public. Find out if your business is required to submit a report to TPH.
