If you need assistance with your MyAccesstoHousingTO application, the Access to Housing Resource Centre, local Housing Help & Support Services or Newcomer Support Kiosks can help you.

  • Apply for Rent-Geared-to-Income housing
  • View and select housing options
  • Update your existing application
  • Access other housing options, or keep your existing housing and avoid eviction

Make sure to always bring your government issued photo ID with you. You may need additional documentation if applying in-person.

You can also access free WiFi or a computer at any Toronto Public Library location.

  • Use the MyAccesstoHousingTO online system
  • Apply for RGI housing and maintain eligibility

Complete the Accommodation Request Form.  If you require assistance with completing the request form, contact the Application Support Centre at 416-338-8888.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and staff will work with the applicant to determine appropriate accommodations based on their individual needs and circumstances.
