Your Responsibilities While on the Waiting List

As an applicant, you must keep your information up to date and confirm that you are still eligible for RGI through a 24-month review otherwise you may lose your place on the Centralized Waiting List. Make sure to update your MyAccesstoHousingTO account with:

• Your most recent Notice of Assessment (NOA) for every member of your household 16 years and over
  • If an applicant is 16 years of age and a full-time student, provide their proof of status as a student
• A signed Consent and Declaration form by all the members of the household
• Any changes to personal information such as,
  • legal name
  • phone numbers
  • email address
• Household size changes
• Changes to your Priority Status

Additionally, make sure to respond to messages from Access to Housing as soon as possible. Check your email (including junk folders) regularly.

Requesting Application Decision Changes

If you need to request a review on your application, you can either request a reinstatement or a review of an application decision.
