Applicants who participate in a Choice-Based Housing Cycle receive a cycle summary at the end of each cycle. This summary indicates how they ranked for each unit they expressed interest in. Participation in each cycle is optional, and applicants are not required to express interest in every cycle. As a result, rankings may fluctuate from cycle to cycle.

A notice of assessment (NOA) is the summary of the calculated amounts for your income tax and benefit return. The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) sends you these results after receiving your tax return.

Household members 16 years and older are required to submit their most recent Notice of Assessment. The Notice of Assessment must include:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Line 23600

For examples of accepted Notice of Assessment formats, see sample 1 and sample 2 .

Ensure the uploaded Notice of Assessment has the same information you provided in your MyAccesstoHousingTO account.
