The process for requesting building plans and records is available on the City of Toronto website. Customers may apply by email by submitting the Toronto Building Records Disclosure application. This process will determine if records are available and if disclosed to the customer, fees will apply.
Toronto Building, Customer Service, may only have a copy of a survey if a Building Permit has been previously issued for the property in question, however, a copy of the survey may not reflect the way your property is now and may not be useful for legal purposes.
