To report illegal dumping that has been witnessed (not loose litter) in a City of Toronto park, ravine/trail, you can submit a service request online at www.toronto.ca/311, or call 311.

Report Illegal dumping that has not been witnessed

To report illegal dumping that has not been witnessed, contact 311 who will refer you to the appropriate Park Supervisor.
