Contact 311 to submit a service request for a new or additional green bin, if you are a single-family residential customer receiving curbside collection or an apartment above a business receiving collection services from the City of Toronto.
There is no fee for the replacement of a bin or for an additional bin.
Additional green bin requests may only be requested by the person whose name appears on the utility bill.
Anyone wishing to mark their green bin can do so for identification purposes.
The Green bin is made of HDPE - High Density Polyethylene.
