If you wish to report a maintenance concern with a City of Toronto splash pad, contact 311 to be referred to the appropriate Technical Services supervisor in Parks & Recreation.
Splash Pads:
Splash Pads are unsupervised water play areas.
Splash Pads do not have water flowing all the time. Splash pads have push buttons located on the various features that need to be pressed in order to turn on the water.
The Splash Pad at High Park is located inside the fence of the High Park Outdoor Pool and is only open when the outdoor pool is open. The splash pad is open the same hours as the pool.
