Join Mayor Olivia Chow for a photo opportunity as she marks the return of summer fun at more than 150 free spray and splash pads where families and kids can stay cool and refreshed all season long.   

Date: Saturday, May 18

Location: Fred Hamilton Playground, 155 Roxton Rd. 

Parking: Limited public parking is available at 386-404 Crawford St. 

From Friday, May 17 through Sunday, September 15, splash and spray pads will operate daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. More information including locations and the opening of ten outdoor pools early in June are available on the City’s Splash and Spray Pads webpage. 

Splash and spray pads are unsupervised water play areas activated with push-button features and include shower heads and spray jets. Caregivers are reminded to always supervise children while visiting splash and spray pads.
