Tomorrow, Mayor Olivia Chow and City of Toronto staff will provide more details about 75 newly-installed Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) cameras that are part of the City’s ongoing work to improve safety for all road users.

Location: Lake Shore Boulevard East (south side) at the northeast corner of the Ashbridges Bay Parking Lot.
Automated Speed Enforcement is one tool in the City’s toolkit to mitigate the risks associated with vehicles travelling at high speeds or speeds above the posted speed limit.
The City has expanded the ASE program by 75 cameras this year, bringing the total number of cameras to 150.
