Building Permit Application Guides

Effective February 16, 2026, all building permit applications must be submitted with an updated Application for a Permit to Construct or Demolish form. The form is available through the Building Permit Application Guides or through the Forms Index.

To apply for a permit:

  1. Review Building Permit Regulations that may be applicable to your project (including Zoning and other applicable law).
  2. Select the building permit application guide for your project type.
  3. Review the required documentation, forms and fees.
  4. Submit your application for a Building Permit with the required documentation, forms and fees (the application is found in the guide).
