The Property Information Report offers information regarding issued building permits on file, the status of inspections and any outstanding orders as they relate to the Ontario Building Code, Zoning By-law and/or Property Standards By-law. The report does not outline permitted use. The report is often a requirement before a property transfer can take place and are typically requested as a result of a possible sale or refinancing of a building or property.
The processing time for a Property Information Report is approximately five business days.
