The mailing of the 2026 Final Property Tax bills, including notification emails for residents subscribed to eBilling, is complete. Property owners are reminded that
payments must be received by our office on or before the instalment due dates to avoid penalty or interest charges.
The City of Toronto issues two property tax bills each year. Interim bills are mailed in January and final bills are mailed in May.
