Property Tax Due Dates

2025 Interim property tax bills will be mailed starting January 9 to 30. Payments must reach our office before the instalment due dates to avoid penalty or interest charges.

The City of Toronto issues two property tax bills each year. Interim bills are mailed in January and Final bills are mailed in May.
