As of January 1, 2026, the City is no longer responsible for residential recycling collection. To report a missing blue bin (recycling), visit the Circular Materials website or call 1-888-921-2686.
If your City-issued garbage bin or Green Bin (organics) is missing or lost, check with your neighbours to see if your bin was picked up in error. If you still cannot find your bin, you can report a missing bin to 311 to investigate.
If you have found a bin that does not belong at your address, learn how to report a wrong delivery of a bin.
