The Finch West Light Rail Transit (FWLRT) is an 11-kilometre light rail transit line along Finch Avenue West between Keele Street and Humber College that will provide connections between communities and help support growth in northwest Toronto.

For more information about the project, or to find information about past and future public engagement, please visit Metrolinx’s Finch West LRT project page.

The FWLRT will have 18 stops, including 16 surface stops, an underground interchange station at Finch West Station on Line 1 (Yonge-University), and an underground station at the terminus at Humber College. The FWLRT will also connect to other local transit services such as GO, MiWay (Mississauga), Viva (York Region), and Züm (Brampton).

Metrolinx is delivering the project and has ownership of the FWLRT. The TTC will be responsible for the operation of the line, which will be integrated with the TTC network as Line 6 Finch West.
