The Ontario Court of Justice issued an order which extends time limits that would have expired on or after January 1, 2022 and extended the expiration of these time lines to February 14, 2022.

If you received a payment notice with a due date between January 1 and February 14, 2022, you may pay your fine today, or you will have until February 14, 2022 pay your fine.

If you received an Offence Notice (ticket) and the 15 days to respond expires between January 1 and February 14, 2022, you have until February 14, 2022 to exercise one of the options set out on the back of the Notice.  If you do not respond by February 14, 2022 you may be deemed not to dispute the charge and the court may enter a conviction for the offence.
