Available venues at City Hall are for public use by non-profit and charitable groups.

Hours of Operation

Weekdays: 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Weekends and statutory holidays: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Council Chamber 250 A.V. equipment: Microphone a podium for both presenter and audience, built-in LCD projector and screen.
Members Lounge 85 Seating for 85 people, theatre-style. Microphone and podium for press conferences.  Area available for serving food and beverages.
Committee Room 1 138 Fixed seating capacity for 78 people at desks, seating capacity for 60 people in gallery, space for 4 for mobility devices in gallery area depending on size, desk microphones, LCD projector and screen.
Committee Room 2 92 Fixed seating capacity for 51 people at desks, seating capacity for 41 people in gallery, space for 4 for mobility devices in gallery area depending on size, desk microphones, LCD projector and screen.
Committee Room 3 52 Fixed seating (U-Shape) for 17 people at desks, seating for 35 people in gallery, desk microphones.
Committee Room 4 52 Fixed seating (U-Shape) for 17 people at desks, seating for 35 people in gallery, desk microphones.
Charity Area Three tables provided for charitable vendors.
