The City of Toronto provides non-profit and charitable groups access to facilities, civic centres and squares.

Hours of Operation as of June 5, 2023, all public space booking requests for interior meeting and event spaces at City Hall, Metro Hall & civic centres will be accepted as per the hours of operation listed in the civic building sections below.

Foyer   Can accommodate up to 5 tables Located outside Council Chamber on ground floor.
Committee Room “A” 29 in a fixed set up Located on the second floor. Seating includes 15 chairs around a hollow square, 14 chairs around perimeter of room.   Room comes with a coat rack and kitchenette.
Committee Room “B” 19 in a fixed set up Located on the third floor. Seating for 8 around a boardroom table and 11 chairs along the wall.  Room comes with a coat rack.

*Normal hours of operation are the same as Scarborough, East York and Etobicoke Civic Centres, but are temporarily modified to accommodate an ongoing construction project. In future, hours of operation will also need to be adjusted as required to accommodate vaccine clinic services.

Ground Floor Used for display purposes, charitable events, etc.
